SWIM SCHOOL  

SWIM SCHOOL RUNS THROUGH TERM 1 FOR 6 WEEKS. 12 LESSONS IN TOTAL 

Swimming lessons for children 6 years and older, who have some water confidence and are able to touch the bottom at the shallow end of our pool. Shallow end is 1 meter and the deep end is 1.3 meters.  We have term lessons available for $120 per 12 weeks ($10 per lesson). These are held every weekday between 3pm and 6pm.  

ENROLLMENTS CLOSED, REOPENS NOVEMBER 2024

Booking is essential.  Full payment of lessons must be paid before 1st lesson.

Open Hours 

During School hours the Pool is used by the Te Kauwhata College. On School days the pool will be open to the public:   

Before School Monday Wednesday and Friday 6am –  8.30am lane swimmers only 

After School 3pm - 6pm public use 

Tues/Thurs 6pm - 7pm lane swimmers only 

Thursday 10:00am - 11am lane swimmers and aqua aerobics only

SCHOOL HOLIDAY POOL HOURS   

Public Use – 1pm till 6pm Monday – Sunday  

Lane swimming morning: Mon/Wed/Fri – 6.30am – 10am  

Lane swimming evenings: Tues/Thurs 6pm – 7pm

When weather conditions are severe, the pool will be closed.  The pool is closed on public holidays and during the winter season.

Pricing

Adult (12yrs+)  $4.00  

Child (5-11yrs) $2.00 (5-11yrs require parent/caregiver 18yrs and over actively supervising at pool side at all times)  

Pre-school FREE – (requires parent/caregiver 18yrs and over actively supervising in the pool at all times).  

Family $10 (2 adults & 4 Children)  

Pool Card Child $30 for 20 entries  

Pool Card Adult $50 for 15 entries  

Pool Card Family $160 for 20 entries
