Membership cancellation
You can cancel at any time we don't do contracts, however please check the conditions below
If you cancel 1 to 3 business days before your payment is due, this payment will still be processed and no refund given. Due to processing times we cannot stop a payment within 3 business days of its due date.

- Yes, you can freeze it once during your membership. For a maximum of 1 month
- We also don't do contracts so you can cancel anytime you like, and re-join when you ready
Nope, sorry! Memberships can't be transferred to someone else.
Unfortunately, we don't offer refunds on memberships.
Yes! Classes are included in your membership.
Yep! You can use the pool, but make sure to check the pool's opening hours. It's not open 24/7 like the gym.
Totally! Just make sure it's outside of school hours and the space isn't booked. If it's free, go for it!
Easy, cancel anytime by sending us an email - admin@tkfitness.co.nz Just remember we can't stop a payment within 3 business days. For example if your payment is due on the 4th and you ask to cancel on the 2nd the due payment on the 4th will still be processed and we do not offer refunds. If you want to avoid this, ask to cancel giving at least 3 business days notice before your next payment is due.
