On arrival at the fitness centre please sanitize your hands. The sanitize is on the wall above the sign-in sheet. Please sanitize before touching anything.
We are a not for profit community gym. We are able to keep our membership fees low through the support of our funders. It is essential you sign in as we show our funders how many people use and are benefiting from the use of the gym. Our user statistics impact our funding so please sign in.
NO SWEAT TOWEL, NO TRAINING
Please bring a large towel with you to put over fitness equipment including mats when you lie or sit
ANTIBACTERIAL SPRAY - SPRAY-ON ALL EQUIPMENT
Please spray all equipment after use. Please use only 1 or 2 clothes. 1 cloth can clean many machines. Volunteers wash these clothes so please be considerate. There is also bottles of disinfectant in bathrooms please clean up after yourself.
you are welcome to use our guest wifi while in the gym. Network: TKfitnessGuest, Password: Fitness123
There is a touch screen pad on the wall to operate the music, please be considerate and mindful of other users when changing the station and increasing the volume. Most importantly if you are about to leave and there is no one else in the gym please turn the volume down to be respectful to our neighbours.
Most of our classes are free for members. For a detail description of each class, click on 'classes' on our website. You're welcome to come along and try any class you want. Remember to bring a towel and a bottle of water with you.
LAST IN THE GYM?
Regardless of the time if you are the only one in the gym when you leave please turn off all lights, turn down music, turn off fans and close windows.
