PILLAR class gives options for higher or lower impact exercises depending on your preference. Work at your own pace and own level - variations given to make it harder or easier

TK TITANAS - BASKETBALL FOR CHILDREN IS CURRENTLY RUNNING
Registrations open in September, www.tkfitness/forms to Register. It starts in October and runs for 12 weeks. It's fun, fast, and a great way to meet others in your team. Register a team or place yourself as an individual and we will find a team for you. Registrations close on the 21st of October. $200 per team all proceeds go towards the maintenance of the turf courts
Social Badminton every Thursday at 7.30pm to 9.30pm. No experience needed. All welcome come along for a fun social evening. Held in the Te Kauwhata College gymnasium
We have classes for ages 5 to 16 years. Beginners to Intermediate. Swim lessons for 6 to 18 years start in January and run for 6 weeks, 2 lessons per week a total of 12 lessons. Enrolments forms can be found under the 'forms'tab
