Fun energizing step class which combines aerobics, weights, dance and core exercises to tone your whole body while improving your cardiovascular health.  Super fun - tone up and feel great. If you find it hard to juggle exercise around the kids you are welcome to bring them along.

HIIT

HIIT stands for High-Intensity Interval Training.  This class will help you to burn fat and improve cardiovascular abilities. This class will start with lower intensity and build to higher as your fitness improves. Exercises will cater for a range of abilities.

Up Right and Active

This is a great class for seniors, or anyone needing to increase muscle strength, balance, co-ordination or recovering from an injury. This is also a fun social class with lots of laughs

B.A.T stands for Bums, Abs, and Thighs. This class is all about toning and strengthening. Come along and tone up those problem areas. This class combines weights and body exercises to target specific muscle groups to help you achieve the results you want. Each week is different some weeks will be circuit style, other weeks will be interval or group style. Suitable for all fitness levels.

Evening Boxfit

Boxfit caters for all levels of experience and fitness levels. If you are keen to tone the body in a fun, group fitness style training, then boxfit is for you. 

Limited gloves and focus mitts available so you are encouraged to buy your own as these are on a first in first-served basis. Also, hand wraps are recommended.

Boxfit is boxing for fitness. It combines cardio, toning, strength and agility all in one fun class. Come along chuck on some gloves and give it a go. No experience necessary. We have some gloves available but recommend bringing your own

Starts each year in October, runs for 12 weeks. Registrations are needed. Its fun, fast and a great way to meet others in your team. You can register a team or place yourself as an individual and we will find a team for you.
