FIND THE CLASS THAT INSIPIRES YOU, TO GET FIT AND REACH YOUR FITNESS GOALS. CLASSES THAT ARE FULL OF ENERGY! GIVING YOU MOTIVATION TO HELP YOU EXPERIENCE TRANSFORMATION AS A RESULT OF APPROPRIATE PROGRAMMED EXERCISES. DELIVERED BY OUR QUALIFIED PERSONAL TRAINER – BLAIR TROUSDALE.

CLASSES ARE FREE FOR ALL MEMBERS. 

CIRCUIT: 

Tuesday: 6:30 pm – 7:30 pm Gymnasium – Medium/Challenging – $6 per class

Monday/Wednesday: 9:15 am Fitness Studio – Low Impact – $2 per class

CORE BUSTER:

Thursday: 6.30pm – 30 minute class – Gymnasium – Medium/Challenging $6 per class

TONE & STRENGTHEN – WEIGHTS CLASS:

Monday: 6:00pm – 1 hour class – gymnasium – $6 per class

ALL CLASSES ARE FREE TO MEMBERS

UPRIGHT AND ACTIVE

For senior aged folk who want to stay fit, or those recoverying from an injury.
The classes are aimed to increase the attendants balance, strength, co-ordination and fitness.

SWIM SCHOOL (POOL SEASON ONLY)

Swimming lessons for children 4 years and older, who have some water confidence and are able to touch the bottom at the shallow end of our pool. We also place swim platforms in the pool for the small children so that they have something extra to stand on.
$120 per 12 weeks. DATES TO BE ADVISED FOR SWIM SCHOOL 2018.

Adult lessons are also available.

With an aim to improve your body awareness, Kinnect Pilates uses precise positions and movements, core stability, muscle tone, mobility, co-ordination and focus.
